Red Meat: I believe beef and lamb are the best “real” nutritious foods. The protein composition in these foods is considered almost close to complete, which is also a good source of Creatine, which makes us stronger and energetic. Red meat also contains a great amount of the nutrient coQ10, which not only is vital for heart health, but also essential for sexual health because judging from the strong connection between erectile dysfunction and heart disease, it goes without saying that coQ10 will play important role in sexual health as well.

Wild Fish: Although it’s commonly known that fish carries a lot of environmental toxins these days, yet when we choose wisely we’d benefit our body with plentiful good omega-3s as a result. Choosing wild Alaskan Salmon, Mackerel, Trout, or Sardines, over farm-raised fish, and small over big fish is a surefire way to ensure we’re getting one of the best omega-3s that are available. Staying away from swordfish, shark, king mackerel, and tuna is also a good idea as these types of fish have been found to contain the highest levels of mercury.

Eggs: Eating several eggs a day is one of the most healthful things one can do although eggs have been rumored to contain way too much cholesterol to the benefit of the body, which is far away from the truth. The newly born embryo needs this cholesterol to supply itself with plenty of sex hormones, and so do men too. With amply supply of this nutrient, male sexual stamina is ensured. Therefore, eating many eggs everyday will not only ensure sound hormone supply, but help men claim back their manhood too.

Dairy: Considered to be “liquid meat,” dairy is the ultimate protein in its liquid form. However, not all dairy products are created equally though. Make sure to choose only those cheese and whole milk products from raw and organic milk source. Dairy supplies the body with calcium and vitamin D that are important factors in ensuring good male sexual stamina level too.

Nuts: Nuts are another good source of protein as they contain high level of monounsaturated fat that the body needs in great amount. Almonds and walnuts are full of vital omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, fiber, potassium, plus many other important minerals. Other excellent choices are pecans, macadamias, cashews, and brazil nuts. Choose them over chips and crackers when going for the mid-day snacks and your body will be supplied with much vital nutrients while you’re snacking. The snack choices can aid in enhancing male sexual stamina too.

Other factors like excessive drinking and smoking also bear much influences on both male sexual stamina and male sexual performance as well. A few too much drinks will make a man useless, and so does smoking too excessively. A solid erection requires flexible blood vessels that are easy to expand.
